10 Job done, no fuss!

Got a reminder a few days ago (booked it last year and had forgotten). As always, A Clean Sweep turned up on time, did the job quickly and efficiently with no mess. Came prepared with protection for my flooring. Very pleasant chap, with lots of tips and information for getting the best from my wood burner. We had our chimney sweep done by A Clean Sweep & Eco Stove Installations. Right from the start, I knew I was dealing with a very professionally run outfit. Dean was fantastic in ensuring I knew exactly what was involved. This was followed up by emails and texts outlining the stages in the process and what we could expect. On the day of the appointment, Matthew turned up promptly and went about his job very professionally and pleasantly. He was clear in ensuring that I did not need unnecessary additional processes, thereby kept my costs down. A clean sweep have both installed our wood burner some 5 years ago and perform a chimney sweep every year. Service is tip top, really top guys, who show the same energy for a sweep as they did when they first visited to survey for the installation. Job location: WD17Dean come over to clean and do a biocide moss treatment to our very mossy roof + cleaning of our gutters. This was by far one of the smoothest transactions we have experienced with anyone at checkatrade. Communication was timely and consistent, the guys came on time, and even managed to finish everything earlier than expected! Before and after pictures were provided and the roof looks so much better now. Not to mention their quotes were very competitive compared to what others were quoting us. Would definitively recommend!

We draw test all chimneys that we sweep and issue a ICS Chimney Sweeps Certificate for peace of mind, a reminder of when it will need sweeping again and for household insurance purposes.
A Clean Sweep Ltd are Hetas Registered Installers, this means that we can certify all stove installations and chimney lining installations without the customer having to pay or apply for building regulations.
Our installations team are very experienced and take huge pride in their work, we carry out all aspects of the stove installation from the initial visit, to advise which appliance would work best for the room/needs to plastering, supplying, and fitting the hearth/fireplace/stove.
