    He completed the job promptly and the repaired areas now look neat and properly sealed. Communication was clear throughout, and he was helpful in arranging and carrying out the work. So far, the tenant has not reported any further problems, which is reassuring. Overall, I appreciate his help in resolving the issue and would be happy to recommend him for similar repair work.
