We had a leak that had seeped into our neighbours downstairs lightbulb socket, it triggered the electricity to cut. Fortunately we had already fixed the leak but some of the water had already went through. The kind electrician fixed the issue and had made detailed reports of the situation. Have used this company twice for extractor fan fittings, good email communication, providing options. Electrician answered all questions I had and tested to double check everything was fine.
