From the moment quotes went out, Ovi stood out as he was quick to respond and proactive in arranging a visit. Once appointed, his communication was excellent throughout. He arrived on time, protected our home and walked us through the wet room demo confidently and clearly. Ovi kept us informed, offered suggestions and struck the perfect balance needed but leaving the final design decisions with us to make. We recently had our kitchen renovated after purchasing it from Wren, and Ovi managed the entire project with exceptional professionalism. He stripped the space back completely, removing old pipework and wiring, and installed new plumbing and electrics with a clean, organized finish. His attention to detail was outstanding, and the quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. Ovi communicated clearly throughout, taking time to listen, plan, and execute the work to a very high standard. We would highly recommend his services and will certainly be using him again in the future.

Ovi fitted a new bespoke bath panel for me as the old one was no longer in production. He was very helpful and sourced all the materials and now it looks better than the original panel. We were in a rush and he fit us in at short notice. He also did a few other jobs in the house. Ovi is very friendly and helpful. No job was too much to ask. I would definitely recommend his services.

Ovi is a very hard working and respectful builder. His attention to detail to excellent and he takes on board feedback, and also gives you alternative solutions to the problem you are trying to solve without any duress. Overall we are very happy with his work and will not hesitate to recommend his services to other families.

Mr Lucaci is reliable and punctual and did a great job on my downstairs toilet. He completely removed everything, flooring, toilet, sink and cabinet and then did a fantastic job of tiling the floor. He also cleaned up after himself and was a very professional person to deal with. He also followed up a few days after completing the job to check everything was ok.

Ovidiu has done various work ar our house, we had our bedroom transformed into a master suite, including a walk in wardrobe and en-suite, his attention to detail is excellent. He also removed our flooring in the hall, downstairs WC and utility, fitting ceramic tiles. He takes pride in his work! Would highly recommend Shame he moved as now we have to find someone else!
