Local, friendly builders, Alex and team have returned to my house for a 3rd job. This time to install a new shower room. A superb and professional job completed as per our wishes. Their work is neat and they leave at the end of the day, cleaning up after themselves. Amount paid as per estimate. Start date agreed and kept to. We are planning our 4th job and will ask Alex for a quote when we are ready. 1st job Alex built and project managed a rear single storey and side two storey extension. 2nd job he laid a paved patio. 3rd job the team fitted new shower room.

We cannot speak highly enough of Charlton Construction. From initial enquiry right through to completion of the contracted job, their work ethic and attention to detail was exemplary. Alex and Chris worked tirelessly to bring our ideas to fruition. Punctual, efficient and skilled in their trade.

Very pleased with the work that Alex and his team completed on my lean to. Involved new flooring, wiring and UPVC door installation. All completed to a high standard.

My gut feeling when Alex came round to give me a quote for my garage conversion was that he was genuine and honest, and I was right. He came round several times to finalise the quote and the price was very competitive. Alex also made adjustments to meet my requirements throughout the project. From Quotes to completion and Billing .All explained fully.Had to wait to fit into scheduling but very much worth it .over 5 months quality of work to cleaning up and their use of extra Contractors was very good .Happy to hand over keys to properly and leave to get on with it . .I did have some issues BUT settled amicably. Highly recommended this Company.

Fitted laminate floors, new window and wall, skimmed and painted walls. All work done to a high level. Very happy with the work. Great communication throughout.
