Ashleigh phoned me quickly after I'd posted the job: he was polite and quick to understand the problem. He contacted my tenant to arrange a convenient visit, and carried out the job efficiently for a fair price. He fully explained in everyday language what was the problem with my boiler. It was an expensive repair, but I was confident he did his best to keep the price to the minimum without cutting any corners. Competent and efficient. I posted that I had no hot water and Ashleigh was quick to make contact. on visiting said the problem could be due to 1 of2 parts. He decided to change the cheaper item, went to purchase a new part which after fitting he put the water timer on constant, and asked me to test the water after 4 hours and would not take any payment, even for the part, until he knew it was working. I contacted him to say it was not working. The following day he came removed, with a lot of difficulty, the element. After replacing with a new part he cleaned up.
