  Extremely stressful

  Stressful experience with ACG Bespoke Flooring, everything seemed to have to happen strictly on his terms. While some delays were unavoidable due to scheduling with other trades but Charlie showed no flexibility or understanding. Unlike other tradesperson we worked with who were cooperative and accommodating, dealing with ACG became one of the most stressful parts of our renovation. We explained that we had carefully coordinated the project and that we were 38 weeks pregnant — just two weeks away from welcoming a newborn — and simply asked for some consideration.

  LVT Flooring throught flat.

  New Charlie and the team were fantastic. They logistically plannied working around the fact that I work from home and my flat not being that big! They cleaned as the went along and the finish is to a very high standard. Nice to see people who enjoy their work and provide great attention to detail 👌🏾 100% recommend ACG.m team.

  Kitchen extension flooring.

  Thanks to Charlie and his team for transforming our kitchen extension at the penultimate stage. Installation was smooth and very professional and they were happy to explain and update as it progressed. I hope to use ACG again in future home projects.

  Complete bottom of house all new flooring

  Charlie and the guys were amazing from start to finish. From initial quotes to install, everything was exempalry. Our floors were uneven and pretty much a mess, the guys done wheat ever was needed to achieve the perfect job. Would 100% reccomend ACG to anyone.

  Restaurant Flooring

Their attention to detail was flawless, and I’ve never seen such perfect craftsmanship from a tradesman. They were professional, punctual, and kept the space clean throughout the project.   Amtico flooring in kitchen

  There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this company. Charlie and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Absolute perfectionists (and lovely people) and we couldn’t be happier with our lovely Amtico flooring. If only all tradespeople were so reliable, responsible, professional, tidy and just genuinely nice to have in the house. We will never use another flooring company again. Thanks a lot Charlie and team!
