We used ACF previously to fix an issue with our previous boiler, when it broke again, we contacted ACF. Florian explained that the new part was expensive and it was easier to replace the old boiler (it was 14 yrs old). When a van breakdown, meant it couldn't be fitted on the arranged date, they kept us informed and arranged for it to be fitted a couple of days later. Florian spent 4 1/2 hours on a Saturday morning taking out the old boiler and fitting the new one, including replacing some old pipework. A+ service.

ACF have done a fabulous boiler installation for us… All plumbers where polite and knowledgeable… Florin explained everything clearly and managed to fit our boiler on a Sunday two days after he came to look at.. Absolutely amazing company, also Amelia in the office a great point of contact… These guys are 💯 fabulous

I had a stop notice put on my faulty boiler so was looking for quotes. Florin responded quickly and when he found out I was without water and heating he came out that same day. Very likeable and knowledgeable guy, took the time to talk me through options and solutions, and a quote arrived that evening which was very competitive. Two days later, two of his team, Ben and Charlie, came out to do a conversion and install of a new combi boiler. Both great guys as well, worked hard and committed to getting us back up and running in 1 day. All my certification arrived that same evening. Delighted.

Florin visited the house, as arranged, and we decided that a new boiler was required. A date for fitting was arranged and the boiler was duly installed by Ben. Great communication, reasonable price, friendly, professional staff, clean, neat and tidy job. All checked before leaving. Excellent service.
