We had no idea that our cavity wall ties (on three elevations!) needed replacement. Ace Wall Ties came out within a few days to look and then scheduled the works in stages around our other building works despite the horrendous weather. The team was very professional, courteous, efficient and competitive. Highly recommend!

They provided an estimate in August with a promised date in November. The turned up on the day given. One day was spent by two men on wall ties and removing the old pointing. The second day four men completed all the repointing. The weather was not pleasant but they completed in two days. The dust and mess was removed and the neighbours were pleased also.

Over a number of years have been associated with wall tie replacement to a few properties, latterly a rental property in Hove. Avery reliable and helpful company and certainly the Go To Company for wall tie and indeed other works.

Cracks in rear wall, Ace wall ties attended very promptly explained exactly what was required (and more importantly what wasn't required). Provided very competitive quote and booked work in. Great communication and work completed efficiently and tidily. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We asked for a quote to repair cracks in a brick arch lintel. Lee visited promptly and provided a very reasonable quote to rectify the matter with heli bars within a couple of days. We decided on a different method of getting the job done and asked Lee if we owed anything for the time he spent on visiting us and quoting. He very kindly replied "No problem". We were impressed with Lee's friendly, uncomplicated manner and, although we didn't use his services this time, will contact Ace Wallties for future jobs.
