  Rendering

  We were impressed with ACE from the outset. Darren gave an honest evaluation and set out the various options. Despite the weather prolonging the job, the price remained unchanged. The team were friendly & tidy throughout and endeavoured to keep disruption and mess to a minimum. The finished rendering is excellent. But it’s the additional touches that also make a massive difference. The updated pipe work and repainted fascia’s, and even fixing the gate that had dropped as the old render came off. I would thoroughly recommend ACE and would not hesitate to use them again.

  Potential damp issues due to rendering

  I arranged for Darren to come and look at my pebbledash due to cracks that damp specialists have said are causing water ingress. Darren was incredibly honest with me and told me that the render does not need redoing and that it’s not necessary to carry out any work. He gave me advice on what he thinks I can do to help some of the issues I’m experiencing. For once, an honest tradesman that I felt I could trust! Would recommend.

  Excellent work that has transformed our house

  We engaged Ace Rendering Specialist to replace our existing pebble dashing with a smooth rendering in order to update the look of our house. From the initial visit to provide a quote Darren demonstrated his knowledge and was able to explain in understandable terms what he would do which was extremely helpful. The quote provided was acceptable and he commenced the work on the date agreed. Despite the awful weather, Darren kept us advised of what was happening throughout. The price quoted was the price we paid, with Darren even tidying up roof supports and guttering I would recommend Ace.

  Exceptional quality and service

  Darren from Ace Rendering Services did an amazing job for us. He came to inspect and quote within a day, and arrived when he said he would (a success in its own right!). He did a thorough examination of the problem and honestly talked us through the options (even ones reducing the scope of the job). He then did the work to the cost and timescale agreed, even when faced with unexpected issues with supplies. The quality of the work was exceptional. The best end-to-end experience I've had with building work at home of any type.

  Render repairs above 1st floor windows

  Excellent communication and fully delivered on commitments made. Punctual and respected the surrounding environment providing protection to any vulnerable areas. Got on with the job and completed on time. Always left the area clean and tidy at the end of each visit.
