Ian at Acer was very prompt in making contact to discuss the job and provide a fair quotation. Ian was able to carry out the work within our desired time frame and arrived on-time. He was professional and personable. The work was carried out quickly and the area was left tidy. We tested the socket prior to Ian leaving and were happy with the work completed. We would happily recommend Ian to others.

Came quickly even when it was Easter Sunday today.

I was decorating Good Friday and was changing my lights which I have done many times before but I was fitting a ceiling rose and the electric kept tripping I used Acer electrical services before and dropped a text to see if he could come round on the Saturday to have a look ( being Good Friday ) they replied and said I can come round in about 1hr I was so great full took a look told me what the issue was and I asked if he could fit my 2 light fittings which he did. Would definitely recommend and use again it’s hard to find a trade person that doesn’t want to rip you off Thank you

I'd had issues with my bathroom light intermittently working and not working. Ian charged me £60 and told me he'd found and fixed the fault. He also upsold a new light fitting, claiming the old one was dangerous. Another £150. A week later the light stopped working. I texted him to no response. I then called and he agreed to fix it on 22/03. He did not show up. Rearranged for 29/03 and he was also a no show, and I could not get in contact by phone. The only communication I've recieved since was a text 'Sorry can't talk right now' on 01/04. If Ian makes a mistake, do not expect him to fix it.

Quick and efficient but seemed a little pricey when I checked cost of unit supplied online. Happy with the work completed and was very friendly n

Within minutes of posting the job Acer Electrical service contacted me and attended within 45 minutes. The bathroom light was quickly and neatly replaced with a professional manner. The price was also very reasonable Would definitely use Acer Electrical again
