Sam quoted for the job and received a deposit. I was clear that the work had to be finished by the Friday. Sam agreed. No show on the first day claiming that his job had overrun. No show on the second day (Weds) and no show on the Thursday as his van was in for repairs but he would turn up on the Friday. No show. We reduced the job and tried to contact Sam (email,text,voicemail) to confirm and that he would be starting on the Monday. We set a deadline for confirmation of receipt of the messages. Sam was easy to communicate to, on time and tidy when working. His workmanship was excellent and we couldn’t be happier. Happy to recommend Sam and look to use his skills again.

Sam (A.C.E Plastering) was recommended to me by M.A.E doors and windows who fitted some patio doors for me. I sent over some pictures of the work required, we agreed on a price and Sam was over the following morning to start the job. We employed Sam to patch and replaster our bathroom ceiling, which was a relatively small job. He was polite, considerate and completed the job to a high professional standard. His fee for the job was also very competitive. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sam to others.
