Tom’s communication was excellent. He followed up all messages quickly and politely. He attended the job at the arranged date / time. Very friendly guy and I was happy with the completed job. Even brought his own generator so he didn’t have to use our electricity supply! Would definitely recommend - thanks again Tom

Andy came to look at the gutters, but ended up helping his best to do mild repair in a couple of places. Very professional and courteous. Would contact again if gutters needed cleaning.

Tom arrived to remove moss from my roof. He arrived on time, was very courteous at all times and cleaned up any mess afterwards. This is the second job he has done for me and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone.

I'm embarrassed to say that our gutters had not been cleaned for a long time and so there was a fair bit of greenery and gunk to deal with. Tom responded promptly to my queries about the service and his charges, and on arriving today, provided sensible advice on how he should tackle the job (instead of just taking our money for what we originally asked for and leaving us with more issues). He completed the work efficiently and courteously- giving us useful advice on a practical issue with our conservatory guttering. We will definitely be using Ace of Sprays again next year!
