Tony came when he said he would. Intermittent faults are never easy to diagnose but Tony quickly identified the likely issue and explained it to me clearly. He said that he would try to obtain the faulty parts which would be cheaper than replacing the whole unit. He promised to return on Tuesday or Wednesday to fit the parts and he did. Overall I was pleased that Tony explained the likely problem and the solution and carried the work quickly and at a very reasonable price. I'll have no hesitation in using him again for any other electrical issues.

Alan turned up when he said he would and found the fault on my outside lights quickly and efficiently. After fixing the issue he thoroughly checked his work. Highly recommended.
