I came home last night The Plumber had left without notification to myself. My Workman here also didn't see him go. He left us without water, including my disabled daughter, overnight. Totally unacceptable, don't touch this individual with a barge pole. Thankfully he hasn't been paid, and nor will he be.

Jolly nice chap with a jolly nice dog. Polite, prompt, friendly, helpful and explained things well. Sorted the problem out and charged reasonably.

Came round prompt, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it finished in less than two hours. People beneath have confirmed that the leak to their bathroom has ended so job well done. Would certainly hire again if another problem occurs
