Everyone in the company was very friendly and polite, and kept me informed. Very lucky with the fitter, Steve, turned up nice and early and just kept going all day, not even stopping for lunch. Did an excellent job and made good the plaster and rendering afterwards. Had a problem in the lower bay as the supporting wooden struts were completely rotten so these had to all be removed and more timber put in to replace them (by Steve) before he could even start on fitting the window.
