I had my boiler repaired, great service very reliable and efficient - great service

Guy was sent via domestic and general for my boiler service. Guy rang to see if was free for early appointment which was great. During service he noticed a fault, he contacted my boiler service provider to see if job was covered and than sorted then issue. Overall great service

Quick response on a Sunday to leaking joint on a heated towel rail. Erald came on time and sorted the problem.

I had a boiler replaced . Utility room was left nice and clean . Would recommend the company and will use them for future plumbing problems .

My heart sank when I had a call from my tenant who had been away at Christmas saying he couldn’t get the heating to work. I called Erald, he was there quickly and confirmed that the boiler was unlikely to last much longer. As it was very old, we decided to install a new one, not ideal with a cold snap due any day. Erald fitted the new boiler despite a number of unforeseen problems. My tenant and their family are now safe and warm again. Another nice touch was that he left fan heaters with the family and rang every day with an update, even if it was bad news. I can happily recommend Acefix.

This afternoon whilst bleeding the radiator, the bleed valve failed resulting in a mild droppage of water. I texted Mr Erald who I know from before. He promptly returned my text. I called him. He picked up my call. We discussed. He came within the hour and replaced my failed valve. His total cost for quick attendance and repair was very fair, considering that it is cold outside and others take days to attend. Mr Erald is a very professional plumbing engineer. Thank you.
