We are very unhappy with the work undertaken by Ace Drainage and Water Solutions. Having detected a leak in our metal mains water supply pipe in 2022, we approached Ace Drainage via a Checkatrade leaflet, to replace the supply pipe. In May 2026, following rising water bills and a leak alert from Affinity water, we asked Ace Drainage to re-investigate, which they duly did and discovered a leaking joint. We had thought that this repair would be the end of it, but the leak is ongoing. Contrary to my understanding in 2022, the company is NOT Water Safe and their 10 yr guarantee meant nothing.

4ecently moved in to our new home only to find not to long after there was a blockage in the drains. They jetted and cleared the issue and recommended a CCTV survey as the flow seemed weak. Reasonable price which I was more than happy to pay.

Gordon from Ace Drainage came today and jetted our drain also gave us valuable advice. Very friendly, effective and fast service, thank you.

The owners of this company are great, I gave them a call and they were there next day, the lads that came were spot on and did the job quickly professionally and nothing was an issue! Would highly recommend!
