We accepted the quotation for 2 windows because it was competitive and we had used ACE before. The email reminder ref. date and times was helpful. The fitter turned up as expected ,was respectful of the property and our activity . He worked efficiently and cleared up all mess afterwards. We are very pleased with the windows.

We used Ace back in December they installed 13 windows and 3 doors in a week. They arrived on time every day. They were extremely considerate whilst in our home, they were tidy, conscientious and easily approachable. They come very highly recommended and we would certainly use them again if needed. All staff at Ace Double Glazing have been a pleasure to work with, they couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Any issues that arose were sorted out promptly. We had our doors and windows replaced and the office staff kept us informed and up to date throughout. The installation itself had minimal impact on us despite the extensive work done. Staff were punctual each time they visited the house for surveys and the installation. All mess cleaned up thoroughly. Very happy with the craftsmanship. Always good to support a decent local business.

After having our French Doors done previously we invited Ace back to replace the remaining windows in the house. Work was carried out as advised and we have already noticed a reduction in noise and an improvement in heat retention. Would definitely recommend Ace and we will be having them back to replace our front door when required.
