Pat came round with a drone, which was really helpful due to the extent of the roof issues. We got a quote from another firm, but they did not provide the same level of detail. Their quote was the same, but with fewer guarantees and details on the work the planned to do (replacing part of the roof, replacing tiles, waterproofing a flat roof). ACE also left the scaffolding in place for a few weeks for no extra cost, to ensure nothing was leaking. We were grateful for that and their quick work. They were polite and very available, communicating via WhatsApp, phone and email.

couldn't be happier with ace building, he come out to give a quote promptly which was very reasonable compared to others. he had a drone, which was really good so he was really able to see the whole roof. He took pictures of before and after so we could see the work he had done and left us spare roof tiles for just incase. he cleared the gutters, sorted out the chimney, broken tiles, flashing along with some other bits, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

His communication was excellent. confirming the day before and arriving on time. The work was completed efficiently, and he left the site perfectly clean. A reliable and trustworthy roofer.
