couldn't be happier with ace building, he come out to give a quote promptly which was very reasonable compared to others. he had a drone, which was really good so he was really able to see the whole roof. He took pictures of before and after so we could see the work he had done and left us spare roof tiles for just incase. he cleared the gutters, sorted out the chimney, broken tiles, flashing along with some other bits, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

Patrick was quick to respond and provided a competitively priced, honest quote. He even identified and proactively addressed a couple of additional minor issues at no extra cost to prevent future problems. His communication was excellent. confirming the day before and arriving on time. The work was completed efficiently, and he left the site perfectly clean. A reliable and trustworthy roofer. I will definitely use his services again.

I was very impressed and I don't think I ever experienced such an amazing quality and speed of services. Quite simply - outstanding professionalism and friendliness. Pat responded and arranged to check the job the same day - found the problem straight away and booked to come and fix it next day , despite his busy schedule , rain, it being dark outside already . Pat was tidy, most respectful and efficient. Showed me opictures of the problem before and after, I really cant thank him enough. The leak stopped and the problems solved with surprising success!
