I called Rob because my washing machine was not draining properly anymore. He came over the next morning and fixed the issue. Great communication and quality of work - I know who I'll call in the future for any kind of appliance repair!

On a Monday, Our integrated Kitchen AEG dishwasher had stopped cleaning correctly and the door was no longer opening at the end of the cycle. Therefore, needed it repairing. Looked on checkatrade for a local engineer. Rob was the first to answer his phone and his rating was in excess of 9 stars, I explained my problem and he attended on Wednesday morning. He texted me 15 minutes before to confirm he was on route. Rob is polite and professional and he quickly began working after I confirmed the problem. Within the hour he had our machine back up and running. Payment by card there and then.

Very pleased that we called out Rob. He contacted us in the morning and was there within a couple of hours. He discovered the problem was with the washing machine itself, which unfortunately wasn't something he could fix (we basically need a new one), so he just charged us a very minimal call out fee, which was much appreciated. He talked me through the issue and a few other bits, and I found him very friendly and helpful. We would definitely call Rob out again if we had an issue with an appliance.

A thoroughly nice guy, arrived on time & did a great job in getting my oven working again. Would definitely recommend.

Khalil and James turned up to fix the gas job ignition as one of the plates wouldn’t spark. Very friendly knowledgable and nice. Lovely experience to have an issue resolved. Would highly recommend!

My daughter found your sight and read the reviews and gave me the information. Rob came and looked at my dishwasher and was able to repair it. He checked my freezer but it was not able to be repaired. He asked me if i wanted him to source a new one for me and i said yes and can you fit it for me. He did today and i was very pleased with his work and how helpful and Efficient he was. He is in my phone and i most certainly will contact him if i need anything repaired. Delighted with the outcome. Thanks Rob.
