Maxine and Barry couldn’t have been better. I explain my issue to them and within one week they had it resolved. I was really impressed with the work but also the communication and service I received. I would highly recommend them.

Barry recently replaced some sash window panes in a flat we are renovating. This included 2 types of specialist glass for a kitchen and bathroom to match the original. And he also kindly fixed and secured some of the sash windows and shaved and rehung an external door. All for a very fair price. He is a lovely bloke and was very patient given the access issues to the flat. And Maxine was a joy to chat with. Immediate responses and clear explanations of what Barry would do. All in all an outstanding job. In fact I was disappointed when I couldn't find anything at our house for B&M to sort out!

I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews, and I never give 10 out of 10 for anything, because nothing is ever perfect. But Maxine and Barry were helpful, trustworthy, friendly, and as efficient as they could be given the unfortunate timing of my requirements - a broken window just a few days before Christmas. Here's hoping I have no more requirements for replacing any windows, but if I do, then I would be phoning these people again.

I have used accurate glass a few times now. Today I had 4 of my Windows glass replaced as they had blown. The company is very professional and friendly and tidy up before they leave. Work is excellent. I shall definitely be recommending them t!o family and friends.

Friendly, affordable and efficient. Replaced the broken window without any fuss. Would use again!
