Barry and Maxine were both fantastic. Barry was very friendly with a really warm, genuine character, which made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. Maxine was also incredibly helpful, responsive, and just as friendly throughout the process. It’s easy to see why Accurate Glaziers have such high scores on here. The communication was great and they made everything straightforward. I would 100% recommend them and would happily book them again in the future!

I fully recommend the company to anyone with similar needs. Not only were they efficient and communicated expertly but they were extremely accommodating when working with/around my health/disability needs during the work and for that I can not thank them enough or praise them more highly. Not only are they great at their job, they are great people as well.

Maxine and Barry couldn’t have been better. I explain my issue to them and within one week they had it resolved. I was really impressed with the work but also the communication and service I received. I would highly recommend them.

Barry recently replaced some sash window panes in a flat we are renovating. This included 2 types of specialist glass for a kitchen and bathroom to match the original. And he also kindly fixed and secured some of the sash windows and shaved and rehung an external door. All for a very fair price. He is a lovely bloke and was very patient given the access issues to the flat. And Maxine was a joy to chat with. Immediate responses and clear explanations of what Barry would do. All in all an outstanding job. In fact I was disappointed when I couldn't find anything at our house for B&M to sort out!

I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews, and I never give 10 out of 10 for anything, because nothing is ever perfect. But Maxine and Barry were helpful, trustworthy, friendly, and as efficient as they could be given the unfortunate timing of my requirements - a broken window just a few days before Christmas. Here's hoping I have no more requirements for replacing any windows, but if I do, then I would be phoning these people again.
