They were very good. Fixed the problem same day temporarily, because they were supposed to buy some parts to fix it permanently. Was told on Monday that they would come on Friday to fix it, but come Friday- no one turned up. No phone call, no message. Emailed them, left voice messages but nothing. Therefore have put the job out again.

My wife owns a rental property on the other side of the country. We've been relying on Accredited Heating Services to maintain and now replace our ancient boiler. Iain Jack and more recently Laura have been responsive, supportive and incredibly reliable. Comforting to have a top notch company available as they always have been.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service from Laura, start to finish. James the engineer did a fantastic job sorting out our central heating and radiators, which are now working perfectly. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain what needed doing and why. Everything was completed efficiently, neatly, and with great attention to detail. It’s such a relief to have reliable heating again, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We would highly recommend James and the company to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality plumbing and heating work.

When the boiler started making strange noises and no hot water we called Accredited eating services. Laura was really helpful over the phone and organised for an engineer to visit the same day. Iain arrived within the time frame expected and then spent 20mins explaining to us what was wrong, what the possibly cause was and what he could do to fix it. Within 24 hours from the first phone call, we had hot water again. Now we have a heating engineer for life!!
