Very reliable, turning up on time. Bath was still leaking under the shower screen and the support underneath felt rocky after first fix. After raising this straight away, understandably he was concerned about payment but was happy to come back promptly to fix the issue beforehand. Fix is a little messy on the outside but I didn’t communicate this, just wanted a bath that didn’t leak. Seems to have fixed the issue at no extra charge, would happily contact again!

Rectifying issues from previous work can sometimes be more involved, as it takes time to properly identify and resolve the root cause rather than apply a quick fix, which is why I work on an hourly basis.
