  5 stars for sure! Absolutely stellar service and very honest. Tom realised I was being taken for a ride with another quote I’d been given and AC Comfort came in at less than half the price of another company around Shrewsbury for the same setup! Very thorough, clean and quiet work, and the guys who installed were fantastic - informative and professional, working hard to set everything up where I’d asked and fixing some issues identified from the previous electrician at the same time! We’re planning to have a third unit added in the near future and will be using AC Comfort without a doubt.

  They came to my house to understand my needs before offering a quote. They clearly explained all my options and the different costs. They included a certified electrician and worked quickly, neatly, and to a high quality. They even helped me install the app, connect to my unit and taught me all the different settings. Excellent customer service.

  Excellent at all stages. Fast to respond and provide a quote, installed within two weeks. Options and reasons explained in detail. Fast, clean and tidy installation which was expertly done including Wifi set up and full explanation and demonstration.

  Air con installation

  AC Comfort were quick in getting back to me when i had sent my initial request and within a week the installation was completed, Very knowledge about Air conditoners as i didnt have any knowledge about what brands to choose or what system would be required for the room size, Would really recommend going with AC Comfort when choosing to install air conditioning
