Due to mechanical breakdown of his machine we had to reschedule but was kept in the loop. Arrived prompt on the rescheduled day. Work completed in just over an hour. No fuss. No mess. Carpet cleaning was thorough and they look a lot better than before. Really happy with price, he was cheaper than a rival quote, service excellent.
