  Steven was very prompt in his response, and what turned out to be a straight forward issue sorted it out with no fuss. From requesting assistance on a Friday afternoon everything was sorted by Monday lunchtime. Overall very pleased with the service provided.

  Steve is a pleasure to deal with. His work is thorough and professional. He removed my old broken aerial and installed a new one which worked straight away. The installation was done immaculately, he was tidy, took away my old aerial and professional throughout. He wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied, which I am. Thanks Steve.

  Freesat and Freeview issues

  I called Acclaim Aerials and Satellites as my Freesat had stopped working on the main TV and I had lost access to Freeview on a second TV. Steve from Acclaim Aerials and Satellites was brilliant. He gave me options re my satellite dish and I opted to have it replaced as it was many years old. This resolved the Freesat issue. After looking in the loft and checking the aerial connection, Steve found that it had been damaged causing the problem with Freeview. This was also replaced. The work was done in a timely manner with care to the property. Steve is personable and efficient. Highly recommend

  Installed Digital Aerial

  Acclaim Aerials responded quickly to our job request and arranged an appointment to come a look to quote. When Steve arrived on time, he surveyed the job, quoted and had everything ready to go. Start to finish very professional and we are really pleased with the resulting 100% signal. We will definitely keep Acclaim saved in the phone for future works.

  Satellite dish replacement

  Steve came out at short notice and replaced a satellite dish for us. He also drilled a new opening and ran a new cable, doing a neat job with minimal mess. All works well now. I would highly recommend.
