  Steve came to have a look, gave me 2 options with a great price. I accepted and he did the job there and then. He then reprogrammed my tv and set me up with a much better picture quality. A very happy customer.

  There was a problem with my mother in law's TV aerial, and seeing that the reviews were good, I contacted Steve at Acclaim Aerials. Steve (the engineer) was fantastic; he was extremely prompt, experienced and efficient. Steve diagnosed the problem very quickly, and was up on the roof in no time, replacing a defective junction box. Everything was done in less than an hour, with a minimum of fuss and excellent attention to detail. He even slotted a slightly misaligned roof-tile back into place while he was up there! Great price and excellent value for money. I would certainly recommend them.

  Steven was very prompt in his response, and what turned out to be a straight forward issue sorted it out with no fuss. From requesting assistance on a Friday afternoon everything was sorted by Monday lunchtime. Overall very pleased with the service provided.
