I had several uPVC windows which wouldn’t open, some because the handle wouldn’t move, others where the handle turned but the window wouldn’t move. Gary came to have a look at them, gave me a price and sorted them there and then, all in less than 30 minutes. He also gave advice about a stiff lock on a door. A pleasant and courteous man whom I will call on again with any window trouble
