Do not feel worried or concerned about making that initial call, it will be well worth it. You will then be able to make effective and safe use of your loft space!

The work was done on time and everywhere was clean and tidy when the job was completed. Apart from seeing that the work had been done, it was difficult to know they'd been in the property. Great work, great communication with the company. No hesitation to recommend.

The job was arranged easily. The quote visit was quick and well explained. Fitting was done in a morning. The gentleman was on time, polite and left all tidy.

The workers arrived, put some fabric on the floor of my house until the hatch access. They worked quickly. Then I was explained how to work with my new stairs. Highly recommended

Boarded my loft and fitted a ladder. Survey revealed what was possible, what was not and any trade offs so I ended up woth something less ambitious than I had envisaged at a considerably lower price and no disruption. Work carried out quietly, efficiently and quickly - no more than about 5 hours. Result was great and gave me a real step change in my space to store the dreaded "stuff" and at a realistic price. Highly recommended.
