  Loft insulation

  With energy costs rising, I was looking to cut bills by insulating my loft floor for the first time, along with increasing its storage capacity and fitting a new loft ladder. Access4Lofts gave me a competitively priced quote tailored to my requirements. Once I gave them the go ahead the work was carried out quickly and efficiently to my complete satisfaction.   Fitting a new loft hatch and ladder incl extending the current hatch size

  Access4Lofts installed a new hatch and ladder for us in Oct 2024, including extending the size of the old hatch. Kevin explained all the options to us thoroughly. He did not push for any unnecessary extras. The two fitters who attended were punctual and really polite. The work was excellent and the end result is exactly what we wanted. They cleaned up really well before they left as well. All in all, a really good experience.

  Replaced Loft Insulation and boarded loft area for storage.

  Kevin's team removed all the old dirty insulation, fitted new deeper insulation, boarded the main area of the loft on raised cross-beams and then fitted breathable membrane to the inside of the roof, to stop any dust falling. This has toatlly transformed our loft into a clean storage area, and thanks to the handrails also fitted at the top of the ladder, my wife is able to easily access the loft for the first time ever! The men were a pleasure to deal with, and tried very hard to leave everything clean at the end of every day. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.
