I called Hamish on a Sunday evening because a pipe began leaking under a radiator. He provided call out fee information and an estimated time of arrival on the phone and arrived on time, as well as letting me know when he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and explained how it had happened. Great experience overall and I would highly recommend.

Hot water cylinder ruptured overnight…. typically….during the Easter bank holidays. After posting on Checkatrader Hamish contacted me within the hour. Attended promptly and identified, then ordered, a replacement cylinder. On following days had to install this as well as reinstall new pipe work etc to be compatible. Throughout Hamish was courteous, prompt and his work of the highest standard. I fully recommend him. Mr C North Yorks

I called ABW today with an emergency leak! Hamish, was so helpful. Calm, kind and reassuring, he managed to attend with 4.5 hours which was amazing He found the root cause promptly and fixed it with minimal disruption to the floorboards. He also went the extra mile and assessed a separate issue that we raised. He identified the problem and gave a full explanation as to why the issue has occurred and what must be done to correct it. Excellent customer service. Will highly recommend and will absolutely use his services again in the future if ever needed. 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hamish was absolutely brilliant - he arrived swiftly, got straight onto finding the problem with the electricity and solved it. Very efficient, professional and friendly. Would recommend and would use again - though hopefully we won’t need to!
