Messaged on checkatrade in the evening, had a text message within an hour and an appointment arranged for the next day. Quote was given and was offered to have the work carried out straight away. Price was fair so went ahead, two engineers took about an hour to fix my issue and now the garage door is working great. Thanks again!

Mark from Absolute Shutters telephoned and said he could come out that afternoon, rang again to say he could come earlier. Very pleasant chap, had it all done in less than half an hour and serviced it too. Would certainly recommend him. Great job done and so quickly.

Contacted Marc about a problem with our garage door and he was able to visit our property the following day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was very helpful and friendly. His team came out a couple of days later to do the repair (new electric motor and service) and left the garage door in full working order. Very pleased and would use again.

The company arrived very quickly, which was wonderful as our garage door was stuck. Husband did not have the right tool to bash away the offending bit! Door released quickly. We haven't yet had the bill.

Marc made contact immediately and arranged an inspection. He arrived as promised and also kept me updated. Within minutes he had the door and key fob operating as it should. Explained what had probably happened and as it was a quick fix there wasn’t a charge. Definitely seemed to know what he was talking about and I will definitely be using him again should any other issues arrive or if I am in need of a complete new system.
