Contacted Marc about a problem with our garage door and he was able to visit our property the following day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was very helpful and friendly. His team came out a couple of days later to do the repair (new electric motor and service) and left the garage door in full working order. Very pleased and would use again.

The company arrived very quickly, which was wonderful as our garage door was stuck. Husband did not have the right tool to bash away the offending bit! Door released quickly. We haven't yet had the bill.

Marc made contact immediately and arranged an inspection. He arrived as promised and also kept me updated. Within minutes he had the door and key fob operating as it should. Explained what had probably happened and as it was a quick fix there wasn’t a charge. Definitely seemed to know what he was talking about and I will definitely be using him again should any other issues arrive or if I am in need of a complete new system.

Absolute Shutters are a pleasure to deal with. They were very responsive, and my twin garage doors were efficiently installed in less than a day. This included removing and taking away the existing garage doors (including one that had addition all been boarded up on the inside) and the wooden frames. The new doors are very smart, and a huge improvements on the (powered) up and overs that were previously installed. This is the second time that I have had Secueroglide doors installed, and Absolute Shutters are a much better installer than the last people that I used.
