9.5 Extension of house from 1050 to 3050 square feet. Refurbishment and modernisation of a new purchase.

Mr Singh is very professional and respectful. He carried out the extension of my house from 1050 to 3250 sq ft (two floors and loft conversion). Unlike other builders, he listens to his customer and considered my input to build our dream home. Mr Singh finished my work in 9 months for a very competitive price, compared to other builders who quoted 18+ months. When I acquired two new buy to let properties recently, he was the only one I trusted to carry out the refurbishment and modernisation work necessary, and he delivered.
