  I discovered a hole in my old rainwater pipe and contacted John for advice. He clearly explained the options available, including repairing the existing pipe or replacing it entirely. I decided to go ahead with a replacement, which was completed the very next day The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard, and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish.   I had a leaky gutter that needed fixing and was very impressed with the service. He was thorough, explained the issue clearly, and completed the work promptly.
