I have a Turkish rug in my hall which suffers a lot of traffic and a visiting dog emptied his bladder on it. Despite all the mopping up we attempted, the rug smelt not so faintly of urine. They took the rug away for a week and returned it looking as good as new. The colours are sharper; the nap has been restored and all unpleasant odours completely banished. They also supplied a magic underlay which now firmly anchors the rug in position. This is the second time I have used their expertise and service. They are without equal and I wholeheartedly recommend their work and professionally.

This is the first time I have had a carpet cleaned professionally and I am amazed at the outcome; it really does look lovely now. Darren gave me some good advice about the dangers of spot cleaning using commercial products which I had done previously, with little success. All in all a first class service.
