Our client in Henley-on-Thames had tried to remove a red wine stain using white wine and salt. We took the rug to our rug cleaning facility in Bradfield, between Newbury and Reading, where we tested it for Colour fastness, fully dusted and power vacuumed to remove all dust, grit and other dry soils. Only then did we start to remove all the various solutions previously used by the client, treated and removed the red wine stain, clean the whole rug using the recommended and most thorough full immersion rug cleaning technique. Dried, groomed, wrapped and returned to a very happy client ??
