Matthew and the team at AAC are honest, professional and reliable. We have had significant pruning works done to 5 trees over the past 2 years now as they were left to become a substantial size by the previous homeowner. The works have been done to a high standard and all waste taken away and the areas left clean and tidy afterwards. These guys were brilliant. Came next day after I called took a huge tree down and shredded it in record time and cleared everywhere afterwards including blowing all the leaves off the main road. Matthew and his Team were first class, polite and very personable, they did an excellent job for me. Attended on time and worked exceptionally hard over two days , both days 8.30am till dark. When the job was finished they cleared up to a very high standard. Matthew and his team did an excellent job at cutting back overhanging trees in a tricky place. The cost evaluation was fair. They turned up when they said they would on time and got straight to work. My number one priority is to carry out tree work to the highest quality possible whilst trying to be as reasonable and affordable as I can. Absolute Arb Care set up and started trading in 2015 and has so far been very successful, we gained our experience working for two of the largest Arb Approved contractors in the north east of England and aspire to become AA Approved contractors ourselves in the future. We are fully qualified to undertake all arboriculture/tree works and hold the maximum level of insurance cover for clients peace of mind.
