  Broken promises - Timekeeping 0 - Scaffolding absolute disgrace - TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL

  Informed 3 days work repair chimney end July at the time superb weather,7 weeks later job complete. Scaffolding erected 3 days before work commence Numerous excuses to write, broken promises, timekeeping,never turned up. Demanded balance of payment even before works completed, we paid. 7 weeks scaffolding eventually dismantled once compliance people at checkatrade were informed. The whole experience was abysmal. After reading latest reviews with compliments Tony was obviously working FOR YOU LOT & NOT US as promised. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL 0/10 he caused a lot of STRESS.

  the weather changed and rained for 2/3 weeks and you can’t render a chimney in the the rain! The balance was agreed by all parties involved, also we painted the chimney at no extra cost! Informed every day of weather situation and I still have messages

  I cannot speak highly enough of Tony and his team from A Brown Roofing who have removed the foam insulation from our loft and totally replaced our roof. From start to finish they arrived promptly, were very polite and helpful and worked hard. Despite mixed weather the work was completed efficiently and within their promised timescale. I was kept informed of progress throughout and the finished roof looks excellent. Our garden and pathways were left clean and tidy with all waste removed. Thank you Tony and your Team

  1920’s house re-roofing

  From start to finish Tony has been the consummate professional.Excellent price,timekeeping and quality of work. We needed to replace a small clay tile bay window roof on our 1920’s house and Tony knew exactly how to update it while sympathetically restoring the original look. His advice was top notch and he was a pleasure to work with and talk to I would absolutely use his services again and would highly recommend him to anyone

  Very satisfied with quality of work. Tony and John gave good communications throughout. Job completed within estimated timescale. Tidied up on completion. Dealt effectively with unexpected problem that emerged during thework.
