totally unprofessional. needed emergency work doing and they cancelled at the last minute and pushed it forward a week. I grudgingly accepted but now, the day before he's supposed to come and do it, he's cancelled on me completely. it's my wife's 40th this weekend and we were supposed to have a load if friends up and I've now had to cancel the whole thing. bitterly disappointed. DONT USE!
