Above and Beyond, have just finished sorting out the terribly damp/wet side of the bungalow, dug out foundations, installed drainage and soak away, built garden wall, installed path and dpc to bathroom, rendered bathroom and wall. It has never looked this good in it's entire life, but more importantly it is now dry, and weatherproof. This follows on from the work they have done inside the property to eliminate the damp issues, can't recommend Lucas and Jack enough, so glad I chose them, good knowledgeable people at a very agreeable price, hopefully they will be coming back soon my go to people

From the 1st moment to last Lucas was superb. Punctual, professional, informative and most importantly clean. I suspected damp in a 100 year property so got Lucas out to assess and quote for the work that needed to be done. A new DPC was installed in the whole ground floor of the property with a further render and plaster over the top. The workmanship was excellent and he was very clean leaving the place immaculate at the end of the job which from previous I know not all trades people tidy up after themselves. The cost was also cheaper than the other quote I had. 5 star services thank you!

Above and Beyond have just completed the first phase of work on my very neglected bungalow, I now have a chemical DPC, beautiful new floors, walls and ceiling, Lucas provided me with a very detailed quote, which I chose over others who had suggested a " quick fix". Very knowledgeable and happy to suggest solutions when unforseen problems were uncovered, due to my neglected property, any issues were discussed and put in writing for my approval. So happy I decided to go with Above and Beyond, Lucas and Jack arrive every day at agreed time, work hard and leave it lovely and clean highly recommend

When early indications of dry rot appeared in my living room I sought quotes from several builders, including Lucas, whose details I found on Checktrade. From the outset Lucas gave me confidence in his ability to tackle the issue, spent time talking through options & was prompt in providing a clear quote & start date. He arrived at 8:30 every day & worked solidly for 3.5 weeks to get the job completed to a high standard. My guarantees were provided within a week of completion. I would recommend Lucas & would definitely like to use him for future building projects.

Having never needed to get work done before on a property I was completely at a loss of where to start. Lucas explained the work that I would need to get done in terms I could understand. He was very approachable and nothing was too much trouble. The job was completed in the timeframe given to a very high standard and I shall definitely be using him again for any future work needed.
