I was looking for five things in a builder for my loft conversion: 1) quality workmanship; 2) on time delivery / reliability; 3) competitive pricing, delivery on budget and no hidden surprises; 4) integrity, fairness, trust including clear communication; and 5) consultative and flexible as we fine tuned what we wanted as the work progressed . I got all of these from Brad and the team at Above All Lofts. I would highly recommend Above All Lofts.

When I first met Bradley from Above All Lofts & Extensions I instantly felt like I was in safe hands and that has continued throughout the build. The office manager Louise deserves a big mention, from the beginning of the process she has helped us get in touch with suppliers to use their trade accounts and promptly answer any queries we had. The builders on site are tidy, polite and many of our neighbours have commented on how great they are. So far the build looks great and I can’t wait to see the end results. All of Bradley’s team have been fantastic!

Brad and his team are brilliant. I felt very comfortable with Brad from day one of meeting him when he quoted for the works, and I knew I could ask questions and get a regular updates on how the project is going. The team work really hard, working full days! Brad knew the contacts for great suppliers which we would also recommend. We have already discussed potential future work with Brad, as we were very pleased with what we have seen from him and the team. Thank you.

Above all lofts and extensions have gone above and beyond for my family home, excellent craftsmanship and will forever recommend to anyone in the future. My house is now a home. I can’t thank them enough.

Brad and the team have been great! We are mid way through the work (downstairs extension and knocking out internal walls to create one large kitchen diner) and progress has been excellent. Team have been onsite making progress every day (few exceptions due to the great British weather, but Brad has kept us updated when this has been an issue). The team have been excellent when dealing with our neighbours and avoiding inconveniencing them (we are in a terraced house). The team have managed to keep the dust out of the rest of the house as much as possible which has been much appreciated!

Brad and his members of staff are all very polite, tidy, punctual, and knowledgeable of their trade keeping me informed throughout the works whilst being completed to the high standard I was promised and all I can say is they deliver on that. I’m over the moon with their work and would recommend this company to everyone. Professional workmanship at it’s finest
