  Excellent service. Lovely guy. Highly recommend!

  I am so pleased that my neighbour recommended Terry. He came round at short notice when my heating and hot water stopped working (in January!). He was clear throughout his investigations what his findings were and what likely needed to be done to fix it (problems with both motorised valves). He came back at his earliest availability to fix it and took less time than I thought to sort it all out. He was clear about costs upfront and the final invoice came to slightly less than I was expecting. Time keeping and responding to messages etc was spot on. I can highly recommend Terry!

  Throughout the process, Terry has been very communicative, very reliable and personable. He is swift in his work and very thorough and kept me informed on what he was doing and explained why. I would definitely ask Terry to sort our plumbing again, he is great.
