My gutters needing clearing of dead climbers as well as debris, my house is pretty high up and the garden very full, so I was concerned that Neville and his colleague may not be able to do it. They did, with no fuss and very quickly, and raised a couple of other issues for us to consider in terms of maintenance. My roof was very old and had started to leak. I was very impressed with how soon the men came and looked at it and took photographs to show me what had essentially what state my roof was in and what works were required. Both men were very polite and courteous, the work was started the very next day. All completed in a time frame that they had given me. When they finished they showed me photographs of the work carried out and tidied up after themselves. All done very efficiently and I'm very pleased with the outcome. Their communication throughout was exemplary.
