Quality job and communication

Aiden arrived early, patiently waited until I got home, communicated clearly through the quote process and offered a range of times to complete the work. He worked tidily, quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.

A B Locksmith were brilliant, just bought a house so new locks needed. Was able to come the same day I called. There was an issue with how one of the locks had been previously fitted (it had been a botch job) but he managed to fix this and get the new lock in Friendly and reliable, will definitely be recommending them!

Aidan responded immediately to my emergency request late on a Saturday night and was with me within 20 minutes . His communication was excellent. He provided a quote upfront before arriving. He was very courteous and I felt comfortable as a lone female. Workmanship good and he even replaced the barrel twice so it matched the other door. He also likes dogs.

Work was completed quickly, interactions were very friendly and professional.
