The work was carried out well by the back-up engineer. However, I do feel that the price was too high, especially as I was charged for two 'services' without any deduction for only one return journey. I will not use this company again as there are other, more reasonably priced companies.

Tom was great. Professional and very good at what he does. Two very tricky jobs and he managed to do them in a very short space of time! Extremely pleased with the result and will definitely be calling on him again in the future!
