    Good old fashioned service

    Friendly and professional people who were extremely kind. A gentleman arrived at our home who was again, professional and respectful of our home. He explained clearly what was needed and carried out the work immediately. The gentleman later called us to check all was well. Good old fashioned service i would recommend without hesitation.

    From start to finish I was impressed, the lady I spoke to on the phone provided clear and concise information including charges, the engineer was polite and respectful of the property and explained in full the work that was being carried out and the follow up
