Very friendly, arrived on time and work was completed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

Initial response and work was good. Gas safety cert completed along with boiler service. The boiler had an issue the next day with an error code coming up and sounding noisey. Unfortunately I have made several attempts to contact the engineer to come back and look at it but had no response. I would have been happy to pay for this but had no response on the TAT app or via email. This is making me doubt the quality of the work carried out. Disappointing after a good initial response.

Steven is extremely professional and did a great job, he knows his work very well. He was very punctual and his pricing is also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend him. If you have a gas supply in your home, keep his contact handy.
