They did what was expected but took more than month to complete due to part not available and machine model was ild

My mums washing me stopped working so I went on Check a Trade. Paul contacted me and arranged to go and see my mum the next day, he advised what would happen if it could not be repaired or needed a new part therefore I knew what to expect. He said he would contact me once he had been to see my mum. The following day Paul did go and see my mum’s washing machine and was able to rectify the problem. Paul was very efficient, professional and a nice man, we would definitely use him again.
