I’m very pleased with the work done on the installation of my new chimney hood and the repair of my oven. The technician, Tom was professional and clearly knowledgeable about the job. The chimney hood was installed neatly and securely. They also diagnosed and repaired my oven efficiently, explaining what the issue was and making sure everything was functioning properly before leaving.

We had a bit of a complex situation where we wanted a new dishwasher installed, replacing the existing kitchen cupboard. There were a few issues to get round - mostly due to a big waste pipe at the back of the cupboard. We actually had a couple of plumbers come round to look and either quoted a fortune or said it wasn't possible however Tom came round, measured up, helped us decide on a dishwasher that would do the job and got it all done very quickly. Highly recommend

Absolutely superb service from this company, right from my initial enquiry with them, through to completion of works. Leila was my contact point and she was super efficient in organising the entire work. An engineer was dispatched within a day and repair / replacement assessments were made. One appliance was repaired, the other replaced (by Able Appliances), and the old unit removed. Honestly, this is one super helpful and efficient company. Not only this, but their prices are fair and reasonable. I will not hesitate to use them again. Les (landlord)
