Phoned Ray with an Emergency due to boiler failing, he quickly diagnosed the issue and when parts arrived he restored my heating and hot water. Great comms throughout.

Ray arrived promptly. Quickly diagnosed problem, nipped out and quickly picked up parts needed. My boiler was working again in no time at all. Everything left clean and tidy. I'm one warm and happy lady!

Ray was fantastic. Showed up on time. Did the work at the price we previously agreed. A pleasant to deal with and very articulate with explaining the problem in non technical terms. Couldn't recommend him higher.

Ray,came to our rescue after our boiler stooped working. It was decided that we would get a new one. Due to Ray's work commitments it meant he couldn't start for about 5 days fast forward 48hrs Ray phoned us on a Sunday night explained he could start on the Monday but he would be doing it around other jobs. We gave Ray a key and let him get on with the job in hand. Throughout our time with Ray, he was clean Tidy,courtess. This applied to his work too. He recommended a boiler for us. Explained what he wpuld do how he would do it. I would recommend him time and time again. A lovely bloke

After being left with no water overnight, we called Ray up and within a couple of hours he had arrived, found the leak, fixed the problem and got the water back on. He was clean, safe and efficient and with a 3 year old in the house I couldn't have asked for anything more. Would 100% recommend!
